One day while we were up in Michigan, we helped Eric's Dad put up hay. I think it was the first time I've driven a truck while picking up hay! It was really fun to help unload the hay off the truck too! Eric's sister Ashley (our nephew Mason's Mom) dug a big hole on top of a sand pile, and her and Eric's Mom put a tarp in it, and filled it with water, and made a plastic slide for the kids off the hill, so they could get wet, and slide down. They had so much fun with that! We also had Jasmine a little birthday party, one day after we got back from South Haven. Eric's Mom made her a birthday cake. It's the first birthday cake any of our children have had that was baked by a Grandma of theirs'. Not usually having family around for birthday parties is a hard thing about living so far from our families. We also did a Garage Saleing Day one Day at Sandy Pines. Eric's Mom rented a golf cart for us, and we rode around shopping. I was blessed to find a lot of nice clothes for Samuel, and some for the girls too!
